Role Overview

The Director, Growth Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted operational leader and deputy to the VP of Strategy & Operations, helping drive the operating cadence, planning processes, and cross-functional execution for the organization.

This individual is responsible for ensuring Growth-wide strategic initiatives move from planning to execution, creating operational rigor, driving accountability, and enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions quickly.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Management Consulting
• Experience leading planning processes, budget management, operating cadences, OKRs, and business reviews
• Experience building frameworks, business cases, and executive presentations
• Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority
• Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
