Role Overview
Join DoorDash’s MarTech Operations team as we build the quality backbone for Retention Marketing! As a Senior Associate in Martech Operations focused on Creative Automation, you are an expert in the Retention Marketing end-to-end process and the marketing platforms teammates use to deliver high-quality campaigns.
What You Will Do
You will own execution for tooling scope, coordinate platform rollouts, build adoption tracking, document how tools work, and surface friction to the right owners. You will also track usage metrics for the MarTech tools and capabilities your team supports, build dashboards that surface adoption rates, error rates, and efficiency signals, and identify where adoption is lagging and bring a point of view on why.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will act as a coordination point between internal marketing teams and MarTech platform owners, facilitate intake for tool requests and issues, triage incoming questions, and maintain the communication loops that keep both sides aligned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, product operations, marketing operations, program management, or a similar operational role at a tech company
- Expertise with Retention Marketing technology platforms (Braze, Salesforce, CDPs, attribution tools, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects – defining milestones, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Comfort working with data to track adoption and surface insights; experience with dashboards or basic SQL a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication – able to translate technical platform changes into plain language for marketing practitioners
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for operational readiness; you notice what’s missing before others do
