Senior Associate, Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations

Remote Full TimeDoorDash

About The Team

DoorDash is building a new category of B2B SaaS products that help restaurants manage and grow their businesses – one of the company’s most strategic and high-visibility initiatives, backed directly by senior leadership. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas and improve working lives in one of the country’s biggest industry sectors.

You will operate with the speed and autonomy of an early-stage startup, but with the resources, data, and scale of a public company. The team is small, the problems are complex, and your work will directly shape how we go to market, what we build, and how thousands of merchants grow their businesses.

About The Role

As a Senior Associate on the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will build the analytical and operational infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales enablement, revenue operations, and AI – giving you the opportunity to build tools, systems, and processes that make a sales team meaningfully more effective. You will see the full picture: from lead targeting to close to merchant growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats – equal parts analyst, builder, operator, and GTM partner. You will work directly with frontline sales and product teams to help merchants thrive. If you thrive in ambiguous environments, know how to test and scale new ideas, and want to help local businesses win, we want to hear from you. We are especially excited about candidates who have worked in fast-moving or resource-constrained environments – those who see lack of structure as an opportunity to build.

You will report into the GTM Sr. Manager on our Strategy & Operations team in our DoorDash Commerce Platform organization.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will

  • Own the intelligence layer behind our GTM engine – analyzing conversion patterns, lead attributes, and pipeline performance to build the prioritization frameworks that help sales reps focus on the highest-value accounts and close more deals
  • Partner with our sales team to identify opportunities that exponentially increase velocity
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools that improve GTM efficiency
  • Support the design and buildout of a scalable inbound funnel
  • Create and maintain the systems, infrastructure, and processes that enable a high-performing sales organization

We’re Excited About You Because

  • You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or GTM/revenue operations
  • You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
  • You have experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub, etc. and know how to scale your impact through the use of AI powered tools, skills, and processes
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — comfortable building from zero to one in an unstructured environment
  • You have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the effort required to move fast and deliver results in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
  • You communicate clearly across audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package to all regular employees, which includes a 401(k) plan with employer matching, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws (e.g. Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act). DoorDash also offers medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, family-forming assistance, and a mental health program, among others.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $87,000—$128,000 USD
