Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses, and develop a growth strategy. The position requires a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
What You Will Do
Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US market. Develop and execute account plans to achieve targets, identify customers’ business objectives, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

You should have a proven track record of results, high motivation, and be a self-starter. Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports is a plus.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience working in sales
- Strong relationship building skill with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory
- Must be comfortable with an Individual-contributor role
