Principal Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

Develops marketing and/or business plans to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability, and manages activities related to the implementation of such plans. Leads projects and provides analytical support for marketing activities within or across business unit lines.

What You Will Do

Performs data collection, statistical and numerical analyses, gathers information, analyzes, designs, recommends and implements solutions, manages operations and resources, monitors, reports and develops strategies to improve on key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or a business-related discipline), Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Analytical and problemsolving skills consistent with the ability to identify key issues from a broad range of sources and alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions for various situations.
• Advanced project management skills, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting skill sets.
• Written, verbal communication and advocacy skills consistent with the ability to present results of projects and research to executivelevel leaders.
• Ability to work in a ‘team’ and/or ‘matrix’ structure, supporting multiple clients, procedures and policies.
• Ability to cope with multiple demands from leadership, customers and staff in a positive and professional manner; displays a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Initiates new ideas and approaches; challenges orthodox practices and approaches with reasonably sound alternatives.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and other software applications utilized by the business unit sufficient to apply/support them with minimal instruction or guidance.
