Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Associate manages the operational delivery of marketing products and services for a portfolio of designated client accounts. This role builds and maintains client relationships to demonstrate program value, support product adoption, and drive renewal and growth across assigned lines of business.
What You Will Do
Coordinate campaign delivery, partner with Sales team, build and maintain client relationships, lead client calls, conduct regular client check-ins, identify and support client training needs, ensure on-time delivery of contracted products and services, track client usage, and prepare monthly reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, and a minimum of two years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer success, account management, or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot, as well as SharePoint and Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document operational processes and evaluate them for effectiveness and efficiency
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a high attention to detail
