Role Overview

The Senior Director, Global Marketing Operations is the dedicated owner of Marketing Operations at Dun & Bradstreet, leading the strategy, execution, and modernization of marketing operations across people, process, and technology.

What You Will Do

Set and own the enterprise marketing operations and MarTech strategy, aligned to business goals and modernization priorities, including the marketing technology roadmap, platform selection, and rationalization of the stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B marketing operations, working directly on an enterprise marketing technology stack (marketing automation platform, CRM, sales engagement, company and contact data, etc.)
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers and building teams of 10+ people; experience managing distributed and global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale operations organizations, including structuring teams and managing through ambiguity
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales, and business partners
  • Deep expertise in campaign operations, marketing automation, and analytics enablement
  • Strong point of view on how modern marketing teams should collaborate, document strategy, and apply technology
  • Demonstrated experience building AI orchestration and automation into marketing workflows, including governance, knowledge bases, and connected data sources; plus hands-on ownership of data governance policy and standards in partnership with legal, privacy, and technology teams
  • Strong understanding of marketing investment, budget management, and ROI measurement to inform prioritization and decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Skills
  • Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market
