Global Spares Forecasting Analytics Manager

We’re searching for a Global Spares Forecasting Analytics Manager to drive our forecasting evolution to a structured, data-led and insight-driven future, building and owning a robust forecasting framework grounded in robust scenario modelling, product lifecycle dynamics, and customer purchase behaviour.

Requirements

  • Strong capability to build dynamic and highly automated models
  • Strong grasp of forecasting and data tools, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and modelling
  • Comfortable working with complex, ambiguous, and imperfect datasets
  • Experience managing demand forecasting, planning, or analytics in a global business
  • Technical capability in Advanced Excel, Python, SQL, or similar tools
  • Highly driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on outcomes
