Dyson is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the company’s relationship with a major European retailer, driving ambitious growth across multiple countries and categories. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in international key account management and be able to set direction, build high-trust relationships, and influence at the most senior level.
Requirements
- At least six years’ senior experience managing large key accounts in consumer tech, SDA, or premium brands, ideally across more than one European market.
- Adept at setting direction, building high-trust relationships, and influencing at the most senior level—internally, and with retail partners.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with data, forecasting, business reviews, and building robust growth plans.
- Track record of launching market-first initiatives, leading joint business planning, and delivering against demanding sales and margin targets.
- Natural leader and coach—clear communicator, motivator, and collaborator working across direct and dotted-line environments.
- Fluent in English (other European languages an advantage), with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
