Role Overview
At Easebuzz, business development managers build deep relationships with customers and drive growth. They are customer-facing product managers who co-create new product innovations. They are analytical and derive actionable insights from customer conversations, converting them into product and business ideas.
What You Will Do
Own a category of merchant customers, grow relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption. Develop tactics to build merchant base, work on pitch decks, product documentation, and drive excellence in customer relationships.

4+ years of experience in SaaS/Fintech companies, understanding of regulatory framework, and ability to simplify complex technical and product requirements. Great problem-solving, communication, and verbal skills, with experience in developing business plans and setting up business strategy.
