The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the El Paso manufacturing facility, providing support to drive operational performance, profitability, and business growth.

The successful candidate will contribute with month-end close activities, cost analysis, inventory controls, and performance reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Cost Accounting.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and analyzing operational financial performance.
