The company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to manage and ensure the accuracy of timesheets, assist with hiring related tasks, maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, and support other HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Egypt, Kuwait, and the UAE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus.
