The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Collect, clean, validate, and manage datasets from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports
- Analyze campaign performance across digital, social, web, email, and media channels
- Conduct audience segmentation, trend analysis, and forecasting
- Support KPI development aligned with program objectives and contract requirements
