Business Development & Growth Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Analyst to support our growth agenda across Latin America. The role will involve supporting the identification, tracking, and development of new business opportunities, while helping organize and activate knowledge, insights, and materials needed to strengthen pitches and client proposals.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include tracking and following up on new business opportunities, coordinating with market leaders and account teams, preparing reports, and assisting with due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Around 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Consulting or a related professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to organize and synthesize information.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and levels of seniority.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in Business Development, Growth, research, and knowledge management.
