Role Overview
As the lead voice for the brand within the UK employee benefit space, this role focuses on the seamless blend of creative storytelling and tactical execution. You will act as the guardian of the brand’s identity, ensuring that every piece of communication from a high-level digital campaign to a physical print asset resonates with a consistent and compelling message.
What You Will Do
Drive the growth of the brand by turning integrated communication plans into reality across digital, media, and print channels, craft and implement engaging narratives across a diverse mix of marketing formats, and lead the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns.

Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in brand and communications management
- Natural talent for writing and content creation
- Technical proficiency in marketing tools, including website CMS platforms, email marketing software, and social media channels
