Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing operational data to improve Quality Verification strategies for EA Sports titles. You will assemble data from multiple sources, conduct analyses, and present results to internal customers. You will be responsible for building metrics reporting systems and tracking process improvements across the organization.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assembling data, conducting analyses, and presenting results in graphical and written summaries to various audiences. You will build metrics reporting systems, track process improvements, and communicate with team members and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a past analytical role
  • Expert data visualization techniques for charts and reports
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Unstructured Data handling
  • Good database and SQL knowledge, NoSQL and elastic search
  • Good math and analytical skills including statistics, simulation, and optimization
