Role Overview
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company looking for a growth marketer to own self-serve growth for Reception.ai, a conversational agents product for small and medium-sized businesses. The role involves building and scaling primary growth channels, analyzing acquisition channels, and driving the product roadmap.
What You Will Do
You’ll play a key role in running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, analyzing user behavior, and driving the product roadmap to understand what drives activation, conversion, and retention in the SMB segment.

Requirements
- Highly creative and experimentation-driven
- Extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns
- Familiarity with growth channels such as SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social
- Strong grasp of self-serve funnels: signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid
- Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action and automation
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability for outcomes and systems
- Relentless commitment to excellence
- Bonus: Founder or early-stage experience, experience marketing to SMB verticals
