Role Overview
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM — driving revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, coordinating across some of the world’s most complex enterprise relationships, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a multi-market region.
What You Will Do
Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning. Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team. Support and coordinate on complex deal execution.

Requirements
- Prior experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps or a high-growth startup GTM environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese, Korean and or Mandarin strongly preferred
