Digital Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across Building Digital and the broader Digital & Data Engineering (D&DE) organization. The role provides coordination, creative production, and communications support to help promote digital innovation initiatives, support business development activities, and strengthen brand visibility.

What You Will Do

Assist in the creation and coordination of content for internal and external communications, support the development of articles, presentations, and marketing materials, and help translate technical and business concepts into clear, audience-appropriate communications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience working with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with photography, videography, or video editing software
• Familiarity with website content management platforms such as WordPress
• Experience supporting social media or digital marketing initiatives
• Interest in construction, technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or professional services
• Experience supporting events, webinars, or marketing campaigns
