Email Marketing and Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist who can turn cold data into revenue. This role goes beyond campaign execution, you’ll be responsible for building end-to-end automation systems, improving email deliverability, and creating nurture engines that convert cold leads into warm opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in email marketing & automation
• Strong understanding of email deliverability (technical + practical)
• Hands-on experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
• Email platforms (Instantly, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
• CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Experience working with cold email + outbound systems and retention marketing
