Role Overview
We are looking for a Global B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition strategy and drive growth through paid channels across our principal markets (Spain, UK and DACH). This role is key to acquiring new B2B clients by effectively managing paid marketing campaigns.

Manage paid advertising campaigns, lead SEM strategy, drive paid social growth, and optimize creative and analytics.

Requirements
- 7+ years in Performance Marketing
- SEM Expertise: Proven experience leading strategy and hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Paid Social Expert: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads strategy for B2B audiences
- Technical Skills: Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and familiarity with HubSpot
- Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish or German is a must
