Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive AI visibility forward by creating content, strategic partnerships, and targeted articles in specialist media for growth. You will significantly contribute to how well Crewmeister is found in AI answers from ChatGPT, AI Overviews, or Gemini.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include creating high-quality content, building presence on external platforms, targeted PR work and advertorials, strengthening brand reputation, taking over editorial ownership, and using data and tools to evaluate AI visibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, PR, or communications
• outreach experience with PR pitches, publisher partnerships, or creator collaborations
• GEO understanding and knowledge of how AI search engines find and use information as sources
• familiarity with visibility metrics and common analysis tools
• familiarity with content management systems
• AI affinity and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence
• native-level German (C2) and fluent business English
