Marketing Manager, Fintech

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands on Marketing Manager who turns strategy into execution. You will run marketing across social media, content, paid acquisition, email and CRM, partnerships and digital campaigns, working closely with product and management, designers, content creators, performance marketers and external partners.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Own the marketing calendar, priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and market specific initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, growth marketing or digital marketing
• Experience running multiple digital channels: social media, content, paid acquisition, CRM and digital campaigns
• Experience managing designers, copywriters, agencies and performance marketing teams
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with analytics and performance data, with a strong grasp of digital customer journeys and conversion
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work independently and take projects from idea through execution in a fast moving startup environment
