Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the FP&A Center of Excellence in Pune, supporting Enterprise FP&A and FP&A COE leadership. The role requires autonomy, self-reliance, fast action, and robust thinking while maintaining high-quality reporting accuracy and insights.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing financial planning, analyzing key financial metrics, partnering with business unit finance teams, and collaborating with Corporate Accounting and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Finance Professional with 5 years of work experience in the FP&A Domain
• Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
• Analytical thinking ability and team player mentality
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
• Ability to Balance stakeholders
• Situational adaptability and able to manages complexities & ambiguity
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
