Performance Marketing Manager

We are Emma – The Sleep Company, a D2C sleep brand looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry. The successful candidate will be part of the Performance Marketing team and responsible for the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience with Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative mindset
• Good knowledge of Office package and Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing, or CRM
