Role Overview
We are seeking a District Growth Manager to drive and support new and existing business opportunities for our Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and executing multiple client pursuit and capture strategies within a multi-disciplined matrixed organization.
What You Will Do
The candidate will work with leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive positive margin growth and share for each Division with our existing client base. They will also be responsible for building, executing, and maintaining a commercially viable time-phased sales funnel that achieves the business objectives of each Business Area and the Sector.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of successful internal and external relationship management activities
- Experience in the electric utility industry
- Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities
- Demonstrated record of quickly processing new information to derive and implement an actionable growth strategy
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics
- Proven track record of developing new and innovative approaches to markets and challenges
- Ability to gather ‘ground truth’ and work within the organization to design and implement effective strategies that meet the changing needs within a dynamic environment
