We are seeking a Head of Sales & Projects to lead our sales and project work, develop sales and market strategies, and manage a team of 10 employees. The role involves strategic leadership, project management, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, or IT consulting
  • Several years of experience in sales, IT project management, or managing quotation and presales processes
  • Leadership experience with a modern management style
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented, and able to communicate with developers and customers
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills
