Role Overview
Epiphany School seeks a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organized professional who is passionate about urban education and expanding opportunities for young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Director of Marketing, Communications & Events plays a critical role in building meaningful relationships with Epiphany’s donors, volunteers, and broader community through compelling storytelling, innovative communications, exceptional events, and thoughtful stewardship.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies, create compelling content, manage and update the school’s website and digital communications channels, design and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship program, lead the planning and execution of major fundraising events and smaller engagement gatherings.

- Experience in planning and executing events of varying scale
- Comfort with digital communications platforms, social media tools, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, creative, and relationship-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive and resourceful attitude, sense of humor is a plus
