Role Overview
This role focuses on helping new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use the TaxAct software suite. The Customer Onboarding Specialist will guide customers through initial setup and software installation, assist with account creation and EFIN documentation uploads, and provide a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention.
What You Will Do
Guiding customers through initial setup and software installation, assisting with account creation and EFIN documentation uploads, supporting data migration from previous software providers, providing a positive initial experience, serving as the primary point of contact, and communicating via phone, email, and web-based tools.
