Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development & Community Outreach Manager to support market growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and expand our presence throughout the Greater Boston area.
What You Will Do
Identify and develop new referral opportunities, build relationships with healthcare organizations, attend community events and health fairs, and identify opportunities to connect individuals with essential healthcare services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, healthcare outreach, community relations, account management, sales, or a related field
- Experience participating in health fairs, networking events, community outreach programs, or promotional activities
- Established relationships within the Greater Boston healthcare community
