Role Overview
Evoke is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team, responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting metrics on enterprise IT data using a custom ServiceNow application.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will work with clients and the project team to gather requirements, build data models, collection strategies, and dashboards in ServiceNow, and support data projects that enable trend analysis, continuous process improvement, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with M365 – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power Apps
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, Requirements gathering, validation, and testing
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable tasks while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Inquisitive, innovative, “out-of-the-box” thinker and self-starter who takes initiative, confidently investigates and recommends solutions, and actively participates in meetings with team members and clients
- High emotional intelligence; takes direction from peers and leaders while confidently, and respectfully, offering alternative solutions and raising concerns
