Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager on the Vacation Rental Advisor Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales reps, coaching at an individual level, running team activities, and monitoring metrics. You will be challenged to elevate the team’s sign-up and activation numbers and bring a new approach to leadership.

What You Will Do

Individual coaching, leading and creating team meetings, maximizing team and individual performance, motivating and engaging team, occasional sales involvement, and collaborating with other teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and one on one
