About the Client

Our client is a high-growth series B startup building AI agents for the $12 trillion global logistics industry. The company has raised $50M from top venture investors and achieved 700% revenue growth in under two years. Its mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down, from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. The founding team includes operators from Google, DoorDash, Y Combinator, and other top tech companies.

Role Overview

The startup is looking for a high-intensity, analytically minded operator to build its product marketing and go-to-market strategy from the ground up. The role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating what the team builds into narratives, launches, and materials that help customers understand why the product matters. The hire will shape how the market understands the company, from product launches and sales enablement to case studies and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product launch narratives for new features and products, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value
  • Create sales enablement materials including demo scripts, objection handling frameworks, and deal collateral
  • Build and maintain the company’s market narrative and positioning across customer segments
  • Establish and run the product launch process, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Develop a pipeline of customer case studies that support enterprise sales conversations
  • Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, and product usage data to improve messaging and GTM strategy

Required Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup
  • Strong, structured problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly
  • Experience working with AI tools for research, writing, or analysis
  • Comfort analyzing data from CRM, analytics platforms, or sales tools
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market strategy
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience working closely with sales teams

Compensation

  • Base salary range of $145,000 to $195,000 depending on experience and skill set, plus competitive equity and benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location.

Location

Financial District, San Francisco (in-office, 5 days a week)
