Role Overview
Specializes in the comprehensive ecosystem of financial transactions, including processing, technology, and regulation related to methods of payment. Works closely with payment processors and analyzes existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Do
Makes suggestions for process and system enhancements, plans for implementation, and engages with cross-functional teams to review project status and set priorities. Oversees the creation and delivery of training materials and develops KPIs and performance reporting methods.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will manage
- Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
- Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Certified Payments Professional (CPP) and/or FTIP certification preferred
- Experience in digital transformation or managing implementations of complex systems and projects in a multi-national environment is strongly preferred
- Experience using Tableau or other data visualization platforms required
- Experience leading a team in a global environment preferred
