We are looking for a Senior Director, Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to lead the lifecycle and retention engine across our portfolio of privacy and security brands. You will define and scale the lifecycle growth strategy, build and inspire a high-performing team, and drive AI-powered CRM and personalization.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving LTV growth, reducing churn, and scaling monetization
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+, with the ability to build and scale organizations
- Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, experimentation (CRO), and retention strategy
- Strong experience with pricing and subscription monetization models
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced segmentation
- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and experimentation capabilities
- Hands-on operator who can execute as well as lead
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator across Product, Sales, Data, and Customer teams
- Clear, compelling communicator who can align and inspire at all levels
