Productivity Solutions Engineer

As a Productivity Solutions Engineer, you will provide consultative support on collaboration tools and services, set direction for strategic and tactical planning, and establish vendor management relationships. You will evaluate emerging technologies, facilitate adoption of leading technologies, and troubleshoot technical issues. You will also maintain awareness of user needs and initiatives, identify key business implications, and align with project management and solutions architect to overcome potential roadblocks.

Requirements

• Extensive industry knowledge and experience in the implementation and use of information technology and collaboration tools
• Strong knowledge in security and controls
• Knowledge and understanding of SaaS technology
• Strong understanding of low-code platforms and their capabilities
• Strong understanding of AI-powered tools and their applications
• Knowledge in virtualization including VMware, V Cloud Suite, APIs development and consumption
• Knowledge of current information technology initiatives and strategies
• Knowledge of cloud environment and technology
• Considerable technical problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with vendor community and managed services providers
• Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate current industry technology direction and standards
