Production Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to work together with Sales associates to support customer needs, manage builder accounts, and deliver personalized customer service. The role requires strong sales skills, ability to upsell, and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include working with Sales associates, managing builder accounts, ensuring timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, answering sales calls, and using customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience in plumbing, appliances, and lighting is a plus
• Strong sales skills, including ability to upsell
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
