Role Overview
The MTS Data Analyst will be an integral part of the team responsible for driving processes robustness in the Manufacturing Technology and Science (MTS) and for leading data analysis to create business cases and investigation. The team is at the forefront of managing performance across 15 manufacturing sites worldwide and leads cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall network performance.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will assess and prioritize department data needs, design and maintain a scalable Power BI reporting landscape, and automate data reporting to improve performance, decision-making, and continuous improvement across our network.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in an operational environment (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulated industry preferred)
- Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard performance optimization
- Good working knowledge of SQL (required); experience with data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and attention to detail
- Storytelling with data: ability to simplify complex topics and influence decisions
- Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused
