Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including traditional and digital media, to promote Fidia’s products and drive growth. The role involves leading a marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute brand marketing strategies, create promotional materials, manage advertising agencies, and develop digital media strategies to reach healthcare providers and patients. The role also involves identifying new opportunities to enhance market share penetration and collaborating with analytics teams to establish and track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Science or BA required
• At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience
• 2+ years’ experience in medical device, surgical, or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working on multiple brands
• Managed a marketing team
• Go to market strategy for new products
• New Product planning and launches
• Market analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive actionable recommendations
• Communicate with sales teams
• Work with business partners in sales, market access, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial operations
• Customer insight and competitive intelligence
• HCP and Direct to Consumer strategy experience
