Role Overview
The Financial Analyst is responsible for evaluating operations and finances, doing research to improve the business, and developing or improving strategies.
What You Will Do
Prepare accounting and other required reports and projections, evaluate capex and asset depreciation, establish and evaluate records and financial statements, and provide financial models and forecasts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Identify financial performance trends and financial risks and provide recommendations, and assist in the preparation of project studies/reit infusions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or any related field in business
- BS in Accountancy
- At least 5 years of related work experience
