Role Overview

As a Data Scientist at FitFyles, you’ll analyze complex data sets, develop and execute data analyses, and drive innovation in product and user experiences. You’ll work with massive datasets and help manage the company’s growth.

Develop and implement data analyses to manage growth demands, pioneer new uses of data, and enhance user growth and engagement. You’ll work with stakeholders to communicate results and influence business direction.

Requirements

• BS / MS / PhD in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, CS, OR, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience using quantitative approaches to solve challenging and meaningful analytical problems
• Proficiency in programming and analytic tools (Matlab / Mathematica, Java, Ruby, Python, relational and non-relational databases)
• Solid grounding in applied mathematics and statistics (Bayesian modeling, multivariate regression, machine learning, etc.)
• Startup or equivalent experience (preferred)
