The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing Firestone Walker’s digital presence across social, email, content, influencer, and paid channels. This role plays a key part in bringing brand campaigns to life across digital touchpoints and ensuring our content reaches the right audiences with impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content roles within lifestyle, CPG, or culturally driven brands
- Demonstrated success creating attention-grabbing media moments on Instagram and TikTok
- Strong understanding of social platforms and digital content best practices
- Experience executing email campaigns and working within CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content partnerships
- Experience managing multiple brands, voices, and calendars simultaneously
- Experience working with or alongside media agencies on paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in social and analytics tools such as Sprout, Later, or similar platforms
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Interest in culture, storytelling, and building brands that connect with consumers
