Sales Operations II

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist II, you will support sales representatives and management by reviewing sales data, resolving onboarding issues, and responding to inquiries throughout the merchant account lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Review sales data, boarding inputs, and account information for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policies. Respond to support requests from sales representatives and management with timely, accurate information.

3+ years of experience in sales operations, account support, merchant services, financial services operations, or a related operational support environment. Ability to communicate account status, issue resolution steps, and operational updates clearly to internal partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, account support, merchant services, financial services operations or a related operational support environment
• 3+ years of experience reviewing account data, sales documentation or onboarding inputs for accuracy and completeness
• 3+ years of experience using customer relationship management, account boarding, case management or reporting systems to support sales or operational workflows
• Experience coordinating work across internal teams, including sales, risk, finance, product, training or operations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Operations, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
