Senior Growth and Partner Marketing Lead

FISPAN is seeking a Senior Growth and Partner Marketing Lead to lead go-to-market initiatives, drive pipeline growth, and develop integrated campaigns. The role requires 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem/channel marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM marketing, growth marketing, or ecosystem/channel marketing
• Demonstrated experience building and executing GTM strategies, product launches, vertical campaigns, or integrated marketing programs
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships
• Experience in fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, banking technology, or another complex B2B environment strongly preferred
