Customer Experience Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring all crew members are providing excellent customer service, leading front-end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness. They will also partner with the store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include ensuring customer service score goals are met, training crew members on customer service, leading front-end operations, and performing store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
