Sales Account Manager

Role Overview

Fives Cinetic is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team in Farmington Hills, MI. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing sales and technical knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

The Sales Account Manager will analyze customer needs, formulate solutions, and develop individual sales strategies to optimize bookings. They will also interface with program managers to ensure customers’ equipment is properly delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of related experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have experience in statistical techniques and SPC, and excellent computer skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College or university
• 10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and execute technical sales presentations
• Experience in statistical techniques and SPC
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills (i.e., MS Office, ACAD, Windows, Outlook)
