Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of high-impact projects and partnerships that shape the future of our customer experience. You will identify opportunities, build solutions from the ground up, and continuously push our partners to raise the bar.

What You Will Do

You will support in defining and executing our strategy, drive key strategic projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, establish project management structures, and establish reporting formats.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, business & logistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in operations consulting or management of cross-functional projects in collaboration with several external partners, preferably in the railway industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills (incl. PowerPoint)
• A track record of successfully implementing complex projects
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the drive to continuously improve existing structures
• Full working proficiency in both English and German (both at min. C1 level)
