Role Overview
Flock Freight is hiring a Data Analyst to help turn complex business questions into meaningful insights that improve decision-making across the organization. The Data Analyst will partner closely with teams across Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, and Operations to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver reporting and analysis that supports smarter, more effective business decisions.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will write and optimize SQL queries, build and maintain reporting models, dashboards, and analytical tools, and present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field
- Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting models, and analytical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools
