Graduate Enrollment Growth Specialist

Role Overview

The Graduate Enrollment Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth for traditional in-person daytime graduate programs within the College of Business. This position is responsible for executing recruitment strategies, traveling to regional and national prospective student events, leading campus informational sessions, and cultivating relationships with prospective applicants, undergraduate institutions, and community partners.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include outreach and recruitment, prospect management and pipeline nurturing, strategic planning and event execution, and team collaboration and university representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field
• Eight to 10 years of experience in higher education recruitment, university admissions, student affairs, sales, event planning, or public relations required
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required for recruitment travel
