Role Overview
FMN Creative is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Manager to support the execution of organic social, short-form video, email marketing, and user-generated content initiatives across our nonprofit client roster. This is a hands-on role for a multifaceted content creator who is equally comfortable behind the camera, inside an editing platform, and writing strong, compelling copy.
What You Will Do
Plan, manage, and execute monthly organic social content calendars, create engaging content for multiple clients across various platforms, capture, edit, and publish short-form video content, cultivate community engagement and follow-up, and monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities for optimization.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3–5 years of hands-on organic social media experience in an agency setting, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and understands the nuance of nonprofit and mission-driven marketing.

- Must provide own computer and secure internet

- Strong short-form and long-form copywriting ability
- Ability to translate strategy into compelling, platform-appropriate content
- Confident content direction and client coaching skills
- Strong creative judgment for social-first storytelling
- Organized and deadline-driven with strong project ownership
- Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining a distinct voice and tone
